Adults, Teens Charged with Miami U Robberies

( Oxford, Ohio ) - In the early morning hours of April 18, a female Miami University student called police, saying she was robbed at gunpoint by two suspects in the parking lot of Oxford Commons. 

The next night at about the same time, a male Miami University student made a similar report from a different area of the Oxford Commons lot.

On Wednesday, Oxford Police announced the arrest of four people for those robberies: 20-year-old Carson Buell (pictured left), 19-year-old Nathaniel Nickel (pictured right), and two 17-year-old boys from Oxford. 

Nickel and the juveniles are charged with aggravated robbery. Carson is charged with complicity to aggravated robbery.
