(Cincinnati, OH.)—The indictment of Larry Molloy, 42, was announced Friday by Hamilton County Prosecutor Joseph Deters.

Molloy is charged with Aggravated Vehicular Homicide, Child Endangering, and Tampering with Evidence. If convicted of all, he could face a total of 12 and a half years in prison, and a life time driver’s license suspension.

In March of 2014, Molloy was driving back to Ohio from New Port with his son and two friends when he crashed into a guardrail. Molloy was exceeding 100 mph and driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs.

One of the passengers, Damien Henderson, was ejected from the car and died.

Molloy tampered with the evidence by tossing cans of alcohol off the overpass after the crash.
