Public Hearing on Icon Tax

(Cincinnati) It would pay for renovations including new windows, roof work and structural upgrades. Hamilton County Commissioners meet today to discuss the proposed Icon Tax. T

he quarter cent sales tax would help cover the estimated $331 million project to make repairs to Music Hall and Union Terminal. Commissioners have until August 6th to decide whether to put the issue on the November ballot.

A hearing is set for 6:30 tonight at the Sharonville Convention Center. Another public hearing is set for Monday at 11 at the County Administration Building.
