( Tri-State ) - Communities are declaring snow emergencies as this latest winter storm bears down.

A Level Two (2) Snow Emergency Has Been Issued for Boone, County, Bracken County And Campbell County. The Level Two (2) Snow Emergency Means Drivers Should Only Be On The Roads If Completely Necessary.

A Level Two (2) Travel Advisory Has Been Issued For Franklin County and Pendleton County. The Level Two (2) Travel Advisory Means Drivers Should Only Be On The Roads If Completely Necessary.

A Level One (1) Snow Emergency Has Been Issued For Butler County, Hamilton County, Clinton County and Kenton County, Kentucky. The Level One (1) Snow Emergency Means Drivers Should Be Cautious.

Similarly, Dearborn County, Indiana, is at a Yellow Level Travel Advisory. That's the lowest level.

As far as cities go, a Snow Emergency has been declared in Cold Spring, Erlanger, Elsmere, Florence, Fort Wright, Milford, Park Hills, Reading, Silver Grove and Villa Hills.


No Vehicles Should Be Parked On City Streets, For Snow Removal Crews To Clear Snow And Ice From The Streets. Cars Left On City Streets May Be Cited Or Towed. The Snow Emergency Is In Effect Until 1:00 P.M. Wednesday, February 05, 2014.
