- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon horseradish
- 2 teaspoons
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 16 thin slices deli roast beef.
Blend together the cheese horseradish, mustard, salt and pepper.Overlap 2 slices of the beef and spread with 2 tablespoons of the cheese mixture.Roll up, wrap in plastic wrap and chill for several hours.Cut into spirals to serve.
