Sour Dough Starter

  • 3 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 package dry yeast
  • 2 cups warm water

Mix together the dry ingredients. Stir in the water and beat until smooth.

Allow to sit for 2 days, covered, at room temperature.
