Crock-Pot Ribs

  • 1 rack baby back ribs
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper
  • Favorite barbecue sauce
 Season the ribs and sear on both sides on a hot grill, just until golden brown..Cut into sections and put into crock pot with 1 cup liquid (apple juice, white wine, water, etc.) Cook on high for 2 hours or low for 4 hours.Brush with barbecue sauce and return to hot grill to glaze with the sauce.
