- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 3 tablespoons white Karo
- 1/2 cup bourbon
- 2 1/2 cups vanilla wafer crumbs
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup finely chopped nuts
Melt together the chocolate chips, Karo and bourbon, whisking until smooth.
In electric mixer beat together all ingredients until well mixed. Allow to stand for 30 minutes or until cool.
Shape into balls.
Roll in extra powdered sugar.
Store in tightly sealed container.
