•   2 cups heavy cream
  •   2/3 cup sugar
  •   3 eggs
  •   1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
  •   1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  •   1/4 teaspoon salt
  •   9" unbaked pie shell

Heat together the cream and sugar and let stand for 2 hours. Blend in the remaining ingredients...do not overbeat.

Pour into the crust and bake in a 350 °F. oven for 40 minutes.
