•   1 stick butter, softened
  •   1 1/4 cups sugar
  •   2 eggs
  •   1 1/4 cups mashed sweet potatoes
  •   1 1/2 cups flour
  •   2 teaspoons baking powder
  •   1/4 teaspoon salt
  •   1 teaspoon cinnamon
  •   1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  •   1 cup milk
  •   1/4 cup pecans, chopped
  •   1/2 cup raisins, chopped

Cream the butter and sugar. Blend in the potatoes.

Sift together the dry ingredients. Add the dry ingredients alternately with the milk. Fold in nuts and raisins, using a gently touch.

Put into greased muffin tins.

Bake in a preheated 400 °F. oven for 25 minutes.

Makes 6 dozen tiny muffins.
