•   2 eggs
  •   1 can (1 2/3 cups) evaporated milk
  •   1 stick butter, melted
  •   3/4 cup sugar
  •   1/2 teaspoon salt
  •   1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  •   1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  •   1 teaspoon vanilla
  •   2 cups mashed cooked sweet potatoes

Place ingredients according to order listed in the blender jar. Blend until smooth.

Pour into 2 unbaked 9” pastry shells.

Bake in the bottom third of a preheated 400 °F. oven for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 °F. and bake 30 minutes longer.

Makes 2 9” pies.
