•   1 c. brown sugar
  •   1 stick butter
  •   2 T. light corn syrup
  •   1 large loaf challah bread
  •   6 eggs
  •   1 1/2 c. light cream (half and half)
  •   1 t. vanilla
  •   1/2 t. cinnamon

Melt together the brown sugar, butter and corn syrup. Pour into a buttered 13X9X2” pan.

Cube the bread and place in the pan.

Beat together the remaining ingredients and pour over the bread. Cover and chill overnight.

Bake in a preheated 350 °F. oven for 45 minutes or until golden and puffed.
