Preheat oven to 350 °F.
Mix together:

• 1 chocolate cake mix
• 1 chocolate instant pudding
• 1 1/2 cup warm water
• 4 large eggs or 5 medium
• 1 teaspoon good vanilla

Stir in by hand:

12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips

Grease bunt pan with 1/4 stick margarine melted and painted on pan with brush, extra in bottom liquid stage.

Bake for about an hour in the center of lower rack in oven.
