·         1 cup crushed pineapple

·         2 tablespoons vinegar

·         1/3 cup sugar

·         Dash salt

·         Boil together

Stir in:

·         3 oz. box lemon jello

·         ½ cup cold water

Remove from heat.

Chill just long enough to slightly thicken.

Remove from refrigerator.

Add:

·         12 ounces cottage cheese

·         1 cup heavy cream, whipped

·         ½ cup chopped walnuts
