Make a 9" crust out of coconut cookies - following the usual recipe for graham cracker crust. Chill in the freezer until frozen.

Fold together:

  •   1 pint whipping cream whipped until stiff.. with 1 cup sugar added as it is whipped
  •   2 cups fresh (or frozen) peach puree'

Pour into crust and freeze for several hours.

Serve frozen.
