·         1 brownie mix (reg or large)

·         2 1/3 cup flaked coconut

·         1 can Eagle Brand Milk

·         1 can prepared dark chocolate frosting

Make the brownie mix as directed on the box. Spread in a prepared 13X9” pan. Bake for half the directed baking time. Remove from the oven.

Stir together the coconut and milk and spread over the partially baked brownie mixture.

Return to the oven and bake for the remainder of the recommended baking time.

Remove and cool.

Melt the frosting (in microwave and in heavy saucepan) and pour over, spreading evenly.

Chill.

Cut into small squares.
