•   1 can sweetened condensed milk
  •   4 egg yolks
  •   1/3 to 1/2 cup key lime juice (according to tartness desired)
  •   1 teaspoon lime zest

Whisk together until smooth the milk and yolks. Slowly whisk in the lime juice and add the zest. Pour into a crumb pie shell and bake in a preheated 350 degree preheated oven for 10 minutes.

Remove and chill thoroughly.

To serve top with sweetened whipped cream
