•   3/4 cup flour
  •   1 teaspoon baking powder
  •   1/2 teaspoon salt
  •   3 ounce package “cook and serve” vanilla pudding mix
  •   3 tablespoons butter, softened
  •   1 egg
  •   1/2 cup milk
  •   16 ounce can sliced peaches
  •   8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  •   1/2 cup sugar
  •   3 tablespoons peach juice
  •   1 tablespoon sugar
  •   1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Beat together the dry ingredients with the butter, egg and milk. Turn into an 8” greased cake pan. Top with drained peaches. Beat together the cheese, sugar and peach juice and spoon n top of the peaches.

Blend the sugar and cinnamon together and sprinkle over the top.

Bake in a 350 f. oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
