· 15 ounce can pumpkin
· 1 c. oil
· 4 eggs
· 2 c. sugar
· 2 c. flour
· 1 t. each baking soda, baking powder and cinnamon
· ½ t. salt
· 1 cup chopped walnuts, optional
Beat together the pumpkin, oil, eggs and sugar.
Combine dry ingredients and mix in.
Bake in a 9X13” baking pan for 30 minutes in a 350 °F.oven.
Note: for a crisper top sprinkle batter with granulated sugar before baking.
