• 1 stick butter
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 3 tablespoon flour
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 9” unbaked pie crust
Melt the butter in a heavy pan. 
Add the sugar, eggs and flour and stir well. 
Whisk in the mild and cook, stirring, until mixture thickens.
Add the vanilla and pour into the pie crustBake at 325 º F. for 40 minutes.
