Crust:

• 1 box yellow cake mix
• 1 stick melted butter
• 1 egg

Mix together.  Remove 2/3 cup and set aside.

Pat remaining mixture into a greased 13”X9” baking pan.

Bake in a 350 º F. oven for 15 minutes.

Make the filling:

Mix the remaining crumb mixture with:

• 3 eggs
• 1/2 cup light corn syrup
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 2 cups chopped pecans

Pour over the baked crust.

Bake in a 375 º F. oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
