• 1 to 3 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, rinsed, dried and trimmed (or 10 to 12 boneless, skinless thighs)

 

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed

 

  • 1/2 cup olive oil

 

  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce

 

  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce

 

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

 

 

 

Mix together the sauce ingredients.   Pour half in a slow cooker.  Add the chicken.  Add remaining sauce.  Cook on high for 4 to 5 hours.  Serve with rice.
