Marinade:

  •   2 large cloves garlic, minced
  •   1 tablespoon orange zest
  •   1/4 cup fresh orange juice
  •   1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger root
  •   2 tablespoons soy sauce
  •   1/4 cup vegetable oil
  •   2 teaspoons sea salt
  •   1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Blend together . Pour over 2 well trimmed pork tenderloins in a heavy-duty plastic bag. Chill for at least 6 hours or overnight.

Remove the pork and grill in a hot grill or roast in a hot oven until the internal temperature is 155 °F.
