Memphis Barbecue Rub
- 1/4 cup paprika
- 1 1/2 teaspoons black pepper
- 1 1/2 tablespoons dark brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon kosher salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons each: celery salt, Cayenne pepper, garlic powder, dry mustard and ground cumin
Blend together. Rub on ribs and allow to sit, covered, for at least 24 hours.
