·         ¼ c. paprika
·         ¼ c. black pepper
·         ¼ c. Kosher salt
·         ¼ c. to 1 cup brown sugar
·         2 T. each: chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder and cayenne pepper

Blend together. Rub into pork shoulder or ribs and wrap in plastic. Chill overnight.Rub again before smoking or braising until tender
