· ¼ c. paprika
· ¼ c. black pepper
· ¼ c. Kosher salt
· ¼ c. to 1 cup brown sugar
· 2 T. each: chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder and cayenne pepper
Blend together. Rub into pork shoulder or ribs and wrap in plastic. Chill overnight. Rub again before smoking or braising until tender
