Cherry-Berry Fresh Compote
- 1 cup pitted, sweet black cherries
- 1 cup seedless black grapes, halves
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup light brown sugar
- 1 cup sour cream
Toss together the fruits with the lemon juice.
Stir the sugar into the sour cream and fold into the fruit.
Cover and chill for 2 hours.
Serve in stemmed glasses.
