( Cincinnati ) Tri-State law enforcement will crackdown on drivers and passengers not wearing their seatbelts as part of the 'Click It or Ticket' campaign that is running through Memorial Day Weekend.

The program is a federally funded effort to get more people to buckle up in their vehicles. While seatbelt usage is at an all time high in the US, in half of all fatal crashes, the victim was not wearing a seatbelt.
