( Cincinnati ) The parents of 16-year-old Davon Mullins have filed a wrongful death lawsuit in connection with the shooting death of their son on Fountain Square on August 20, 2011. Police have said the teen pulled a gun during an altercation with Officer Oscar Cyranek, who then pulled out his own weapon and shot Mullins in the chest.
