When it’s too hot to work outside go down to your basement or crawl space and winterize them.  If you have cold floors add insulation between the floor joist. I recommend 3-6” faced fiberglass insulation.  The paper faced side of the insulation should be installed facing the underside of the floor and it will feel that you are installing it backwards. The insulation can be held in place by spring steel straps that are installed between the joist.  Stuff fiberglass insulation along the area where the wood connects to the concrete block this will cut down on drafts, spray foam will also work in this area. While you are at it, insulate any exposed copper piping in the crawl space, especially those pipes that have froze in the past. Summer is the perfect time to beat old man winter out his take on your house.
